Bisque Rules
You can use your handicap wherever you want until its gone.
You must decide how many strokes you are using on the hole just completed before teeing off on the next hole.
e.g. playing off 27, have a 6 on a par 4. You can do any of the following :-
a) use 3 of of your handicap strokes to have a birdie which is a +
b) use 2 of your H/C strokes to have a par which is a 0
c) use none of your H/C strokes to have a -
At the end of the day the player with the highest + balance wins (8 +'s, 2 -'s, 8 zeros = +6 total)
There is a mystery partners draw & a single event (both using your +/- score)

LAST GAME DATE CHANGE - NOW THU 5th DEC
Due to a number of circumstances, the date for last game for the year has changed to THURSDAY 5 DECEMBER.
It's a single stableford at Nudgee (North) with the first group off at 8.00am
It is the Final Round of the Club Championship {Barry (GR81) Clarke vs Wayne (Lakey) Lake} , Final Round of the Patrons Cup and the final POA event for the year.
The day will be sponsored by ANDREW GLEESON PLUMBING - (thanks to Andy for his continued and generous support) so it would be nice to see a big roll up.

Members will be charged $20 for the night which will be collected prior to the night. If you can pay either Longy or me by the last game it would be appreciated.
We need to know by the last game if you are coming or not.
If you are coming, please let me know what you are having to eat - choices are:- (when responding See Note 1 and 2 below)
1. Grilled Chicken Breast
2. Grilled Snapper and chips
3. Rump Steak
4. T-Bone Steak
Meals will be pre-ordered
Meals are served with either Idaho Potatoes and vegetables or Salad and chips.
Steaks have either mushroom, pepper or Dianne sauce.
NOTE 1: When you respond please advise of your choice of vegies or salad
NOTE 2: If you are going to have a steak, let me know when you respond how you want it cooked and what sauce you would like

Woodford Bus Trip Details
The Bus Trip is only a month away.
Here are the details from Dave Raphael
The annual social golf bus trip for 2013 has been arranged again for a day trip out to the lush, green and scenic Woodford Golf Club.
Names are now being taken for inclusion on the bus. ( Bus only holds 30 so be quick!!)
The schedule is as follows -

Cost: Only $70 for members (your membership include 10 raffle tickets)
Only $90 for non-members (includes 10 raffle tickets!!!!)
BRING ALONG A MATE - THEY MIGHT ENJOY THE DAY SO MUCH THEY MAY JOIN THE CLUB FOR REGULAR EVENTS
Includes: Bus, nick-nacks, green fees, trophies, some cooling refreshments, lunch and fellow camaraderie.
The BIG raffle is also drawn on the day and you are in it!
